Refund policy
Introduction
We like to ensure quality when it comes to our products so we will handle returns on a case-by-case basis. You have 30 days to return from which the order was received. Be patient when you contact us, and we will respond in 48hrs or less.
Depending on the issue either Bertha's or the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling. If the item is unwanted, it remains the customer responsibility. If the item is damaged and or you have received the wrong item, then Bertha's will send a prepaid return shipping label to your email so you then can send it and receive a refund or an item of equal value or less.
Keep in mind all items must be returned new and unused, if the items are returned used, you will not receive a refund.
Due to sanitary reasons consumable items cannot be returned such as THC&CBD, "Roll Up", Kratom, "Shroomies", Nicotine Vapes, and "Exotic Snacks".
Unwanted Items
If you want to return an unwanted item, you have 30 days to so. The customer will be responsible for shipping cost of unwanted items. Items have to be new and unused.
Incorrect Items
In the rare case that you have received an item that you did not order Bertha's will happily exchange or refund the. Start by contacting us then we will send you a prepaid shipping label so you can then send back incorrect item(s). After the item(s) is received then you will send the original product out, in less than 48hrs.
Broken or Defective Items
Broken or Defective Items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. If you exceed that threshold, then we will have to deny your request for an exchange or refund.
Please understand Bertha's may need proof of items being defective or broken. After that the status of the product is so then we will happily replace or refund. If you would like a replaced item, we will happily send a pre-paid shipping label so the product(s) can then be sent out.
Once the item(s) are received and inspected you will then be given a replacement or refund with in 48Hrs.
