Dosage Guide

A guide to the perfect dosage

In this guide, we help you understand the different dosages based on products, compounds, and other factors. Also, we help you know how much you should take of products like THC, Kratom, 7-Hydroxy, and Mushrooms. As products are becoming more and more potent, this should help you navigate through this ever-changing landscape.

Although this is meant to serve as a general guide, please remember that everyone reacts to compounds differently. You follow the dosages according to how you're most comfortable.

THC Dosage Guide

  • Tolerance

When you take THC, you'll have to consider your tolerance levels. Although some forms of THC are not as strong as others, it doesn't mean that they're not strong. We recommend the following dosages.

    • Inexperienced/low tolerance: Take half the recommended dosage labeled on the package.
    • Experienced/standard tolerance: Take the recommended dosage labeled on the package.
    • Very Experienced/high tolerance: Take more than the recommended dosage labeled on the package.
  • Potency

Next, you'll want to consider potency. Some products are more potent than others due to the blend of THC. Also, it's important to note the type of product you're using. Here are some helpful guidelines when it comes to potency.

    • Low Potency: Anything 5 -10mg is considered low potency or a microdose
    • Mid Potency: 10 - 25mg is average strength.
    • High Potency: 25 - 50mg and beyond is considered high potency and should be used cautiously even by experienced users.

  • Products

An important thing to consider is the kinds of product you're consuming. Certain types of THC products have different absorption rates. A Disposable typically hits faster than a THC Edibles, but not as hard.

    • Vapes: Your body absorbs less of it but hits within 15 - 30 minutes.
    • Edibles: Your body absorbs more of the THC, but it can take between 1 -2 hours for you to feel it.

Mushroom Dosage Guide

  • Effects

Mushroom products are unique in the sense that they tend to provide a trippy experience the more you take. However, to get the proper dosage you'll have to consider the type of experience you're trying to achieve.

    • Microdose: Take just enough to feel a head change and repeat as needed.
    • Full Dose: Take the recommended dosage labeled on the package.
    • Double Dose: If the recommended dosage didn't do anything then take another full dose and wait for it to kick in.
  • Vapes

When you hit a mushroom pen it tends to get into your system in about 15 - 20 minutes. However, you'll want to treat it as you would THC and take a hit and wait. Here are some general rules you'll want to consider.

    • 1 Puff: We recommend first starting off with one puff and waiting for 30 minutes to see how you react.
    • 2 Puffs: If you feel you can handle more feel free to take 1 - 2 puffs more and wait another 30 minutes.
    • Session: Once you've figured out how much it takes to hit that will be your session for next time.

  • Edibles

Eating Mushroom Edibles is one of the strongest ways to get mushrooms into your system. When taking an edible, such as a gummy you'll want to follow the package instructions. However, here's a breakdown.

    • 1/2 Gummy: When starting off you should take half the recommended dosage or 1/2 a gummy.
    • 1 Gummy: Most package instructions recommend 1 gummy to start off.
    • More: Only take more gummies if you're experience with mushrooms. If not, you might have a negative experience.
